Our productions

AIR DUCT;

It is manufactured with galvanized, stainless or aluminum sheets and high-strength, leak-proof flange and corner parts. The duct and fitting materials of our production are automatically cut on the plasma machine in the dimensions given to the computer with high precision, minimizing wastage. Our straight duct manufacturing is done on automatic machines in the range of 120, 130, 150-2500 mm. Our daily production capacity is 400 m2. Channels, elbows and reductions are closed with an automatic clamping machine. Duct flange connections are made on an automatic punch machine and sealed with mastic silicone after production. In this way, we ensure the installation of safe and economical ventilation systems.

FLANGE CHANNEL PROFILES;

Flanges produced from three different materials: Galvanized Sheet, Stainless Steel and Aluminum are in three different types: Series I, Series II and Series III. The galvanization ratio of our flanges, which are produced in 0.70 mm - 0.80 mm - 1.00 mm material thickness, is approximately 200 microns.

VENTILATION EQUIPMENT;

Made of aluminum material in various sizes and types; Quality and economical products are manufactured with grilles, shutters, air and fire dampers, cav, vav and a wide range of products.
